For builds that go beyond our standard configurations — unique footprints, complex layouts, or anything that needs to be designed from the ground up. Every Custom Elite starts with a paid design consult with Sam.
How it works

Submit the order form
Tell us about your project. We'll review it and send you a link to book your design consult with Sam.

Design consult — $49
A 45-minute session with Sam to work through your build. The $49 fee is credited toward your order if you move forward.

Approve your estimate
We put together your estimate based on the consult. No deposit until you've approved the full scope and cost.
04
Sign & deposit
Once the project agreement is signed and your 45% deposit is received, your production slot is locked.
05
Build begins
Sam and the team get to work. We'll keep you updated as your build progresses through production.
What Custom Elite includes
Design consult with Sam
Every Custom Elite starts with a 45-minute paid session ($49, credited to your order). Sam works through your vision, dimensions, materials, and any special requirements before a single estimate is written.
Built entirely to your specs
No standard sizes, no fixed configurations. Custom Elite builds are designed around your space, your workflow, and your brand — not the other way around.

Full finishing flexibility
All finishing options are available — standard paint and stain, fully stained, custom Sherwin Williams color, or unfinished. See finishing options below.

Every add-on available on Semi-Custom builds is also available on Custom Elite — plus anything outside our standard menu can be discussed during your consult.

Custom Elite is a good fit for
Unique spaces
Builds that need to fit a specific footprint, corner layout, or non-standard dimension that our Semi-Custom sizes don't accommodate.
Complex builds
Projects with multiple components, integrated plumbing systems, or structural requirements that go beyond a standard bar or cart configuration.
Permitted builds
Builds that will be submitted for county health department approval and require specific construction specs, NSF equipment, or documented plumbing layouts.
Building for a permitted use? We're willing to accommodate health department requirements for Custom Elite builds. Please review our plumbing & permitting policies before submitting your order — and gather your county's requirements in advance so we can build to spec.
